How quickly do you reply?

WhatsApp messages usually get a reply within 1-2 hours during Tanzania business hours. Email enquiries are answered within 24 hours, often faster.

Do you charge for trip planning?

No. Every quote, itinerary, and revision is free. You only pay when you confirm a booking, and the deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days before travel.

Can you design a custom itinerary?

Yes - that's most of what we do. Tell us what you want to see, your travel style, and your budget range, and we'll design something for you.

What's the booking process?

1) You tell us what you want. 2) We send a free quote. 3) You approve it and pay a 30% deposit. 4) We book everything and send you a full trip dossier. 5) Balance is due 60 days before travel.

Are payments secure?

Yes. Bank transfers go to our Tanzanian business account (details on the quote). Major credit cards are accepted.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes - we require proof of comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and (for Kilimanjaro) high-altitude trekking up to 5,895m.
