An early departure takes us south through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and down onto the Ndutu Plains. Settle into Ndutu Safari Lodge.

Full Day on the Ndutu Plains
A full day to immerse yourself in the calving action. The Ndutu area is where the herds concentrate between January and March.
Day 04Ndutu to Ngorongoro Crater Rim

A morning game drive as we depart the Ndutu Plains, ascending back into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Settle into Rhino Lodge.
Day 05Ngorongoro Crater Safari and Return to Arusha & Departure
Ngorongoro Crater Safari and Return to Arusha & Departure
We descend 600m into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day safari. After a picnic lunch by the hippo pool, we return to Arusha. Transfer to the airport for your departure.
