Springbok Expeditions is a tour operator based in Arusha, Tanzania. References to "we", "us", "our", or "Springbok" mean Springbok Expeditions.

2. Use of the website

You may use this website to browse our tours, request a quote, and book a trip. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site
• Copy, scrape, or republish our content (including tour descriptions and images) without written permission
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms
• Interfere with the site's operation or security

3. Content

All content on this site - including text, photographs, itineraries, prices, and design - is owned by Springbok Expeditions or our licensors. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Pricing and availability are indicative until confirmed in a written quote.

4. Quotes and bookings

A quote we send you is valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. A booking is confirmed only when we receive your deposit and send a written confirmation. Trip-specific terms (payment schedule, cancellation, inclusions) are set out in our booking conditions.

5. Third-party links

We sometimes link to third-party sites (airlines, hotels, visa services). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

6. Liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Tanzania, unless required otherwise by mandatory consumer law in your home country.
