Met at Kilimanjaro International Airport and driven south to Tarangire National Park. Afternoon game drive among baobabs and elephant herds.
Day 02Full Day in Tarangire
Full Day in Tarangire
A full day of game drives in Tarangire. The park is home to one of the densest elephant populations in Tanzania, plus lion, leopard, cheetah, and over 550 bird species. Bush picnic lunch under a baobab.
Day 03Tarangire to Karatu
Tarangire to Karatu
A morning drive up through the Ngorongoro Highlands to Karatu. Afternoon at leisure exploring the local town or coffee farms, resting before tomorrow's crater safari.
Day 04Ngorongoro Crater Safari
Ngorongoro Crater Safari
A descent into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day safari. Picnic lunch by the hippo pool, then return to Karatu for dinner and overnight.
Day 05Ngorongoro to Lake Manyara and Return to Arusha & Departure
Ngorongoro to Lake Manyara and Return to Arusha & Departure
A morning game drive in Lake Manyara, then a leisurely return to Arusha by early afternoon. Drop at the airport or transfer to your onward destination. Transfer to the airport for your departure.
